Shipping policy

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Australia
Standard shipping is AUD 10. Shipping is free on Australian orders over AUD 100.

New Zealand
Shipping is NZD 15. Shipping is free on New Zealand orders over NZD 100.

We currently don’t offer shipping to other countries, however plan to expend to the UK & Ireland soon. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with any available tracking details. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@kissylips.com.au.

Please note, we aim to ship orders within 3 business days - if not sooner!
